Depending on the service, the inclusions can differ — for instance, sunset cruises come with an assortment of appetizers and premium non-alcoholic drinks, while professional charters offer meeting spaces and corporate catering choices.
How much time ahead should I reserve my booking?
To secure a booking, we suggest arranging it 2–3 weeks in advance, or even earlier during high-traffic season (May–September). Organizing corporate gatherings or private functions at least 4–6 weeks prior helps ensure greater availability and time for personal touches.
What is the procedure if the weather is unfavorable?
Your safety is our utmost concern. Should our captain assess the weather as unsafe, we will propose an alternative date for your yacht experience or issue a full refund. We keep a close watch on the weather and will get in touch with you if the forecast seems uncertain 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
May I supply my own culinary and beverage needs?
Certainly, you're free to bring your own food and soft drinks on board. Nevertheless, we also provide superb catering solutions and can tailor menu options to your taste. Please keep in mind that for safety concerns, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Do your yachts cater to passengers with accessibility needs?

What does your cancellation policy entail?
If you cancel more than 72 hours prior to departure, we issue a full refund. For cancellations between 24 to 72 hours before departure, there's a 50% refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of departure, the fee is non-refundable unless the cause is severe weather conditions or mechanical problems on our side.
