3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a charter, you are required to:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and full information
  • Remit the necessary deposit as detailed in your booking confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking is provided upon our receipt of payment and a written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to deny service at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charters depend on vessel availability and appropriate weather conditions. We will endeavor to accommodate your requested dates and times as best as possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All rates are denominated in € and incorporate applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Rates may vary without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the total charter cost payable at the time of booking
  • Remaining balance: Due 48 hours prior to the charter's departure
  • Any additional fees (if applicable): Payable at the end of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted methods of payment include major credit cards, bank transactions, and certified checks. All payments are processed through secure and encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours prior to departure: Complete refund minus any processing charges
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund

5.2 Weather-Related Cancellations

If our captain determines weather conditions are unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule the charter for the next available slot at no extra charge
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling is unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In the case of mechanical difficulties with your designated vessel, we will attempt to furnish a comparable substitute. If no replacement is accessible, we will issue a complete refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are required to:

  • Heed all instructions from the crew
  • Utilize the safety equipment provided when necessary
  • Disclose any health conditions that might impact their safety
  • Stay within specified areas of the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following objects are not allowed on board:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or any form of weaponry
  • Excessive quantities of beverages (beyond moderate consumption)
  • Pets (unless previously approved)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully. Should passenger behavior pose a safety threat or disrupt others' enjoyment, we reserve the right to end the charter prematurely without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We limit our liability to the costs paid for your charter. We are not responsible for:

  • Injuries that occur as a result of passenger negligence
  • Theft or damage to personal items
  • Indirect, consequent, or punitive damages
  • Delays due to weather or circumstances that are not under our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our business is equipped with comprehensive marine insurance for our vessels and operations. It's passengers' responsibility to have their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By using our charter services, you acknowledge the inherent risks of maritime activities and take on the responsibility for your personal safety and security.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We retain the right to alter itineraries, paths, or schedules based on meteorological considerations, safety requirements, or operational necessities. Every effort will be made to supply similar alternative activities.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held accountable for postponements, cancelations, or alterations that occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, which include but are not restricted to:

  • Severe meteorological conditions
  • Catastrophic natural events
  • Legislative enactments
  • Port shutdowns
  • Vehicular malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We handle your personal details in alignment with our Privacy Policy. By engaging with our services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property
